This form allows you to evaluate a similarity matrix (using the Tanimoto coefficient) for a set of SMILES. Currently the limit is 100 SMILES and the maximum length of each string is 100 characters. Each string should be on its own line.

The Bit Length setting indicates the length of the fingerprint that will be evaluated for each molecule and the Depth setting indicates the search depth that is used in the algorithm.
